Can I get a rebate from my health fund?
Various health insurance companies offer a wide range of private health insurance policies, each with its own coverage specifics. It is important to reach out to your specific private health fund to confirm whether you are covered for Physiotherapy and/or Exercise Physiology.
The reimbursement amount from your private health insurance will be contingent upon the level of coverage you possess, generally ranging between 30% to 90% of the consultation expense. For an accurate rebate quote, we suggest getting in touch with your health provider directly.
To reclaim your rebate, you can typically accomplish this through your private health insurance mobile app or their website. We will furnish you with an invoice containing all the necessary information, which can serve as evidence when processing your claim. If you are unsure about this procedure, kindly email us, and we will be delighted to assist you in navigating through it.
