About Us
Welcome to Respiratory Rehab Australia, where passion meets purpose in the realm of physiotherapy and exercise physiology. We are three dedicated physiotherapists, who studied a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise and Sport Science) and a Masters of Physiotherapy together at the University of Sydney, graduating in 2009.
We all entered the public hospital system, where we quickly recognised a pressing need for accessible pulmonary rehabilitation across Australia. Despite overwhelming evidence of its benefits, traditional services are hindered by long waiting lists, leaving patients without crucial care.
Determined to break down barriers, we pioneered a new approach. What sets us apart is our complete mobility—we bring our expertise directly to you, whether in the comfort of your own home or virtually from anywhere in the country. Our patients have seen remarkable benefits from our service, experiencing improvements in both objective and psychological measures, and feeling empowered to manage their respiratory conditions effectively.
At Respiratory Rehab Australia, accessibility knows no bounds. Our commitment to making pulmonary rehabilitation available to every Australian drives us forward. Our mission is clear: to expand our in-home therapy services nationally, ensuring that no one is left without the immediate care they need.
Join us on this journey towards better respiratory health. Together, we can breathe easier and live fuller, healthier lives.
